Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia. The foregoing does not affect any rights that mandatory rules of the user's country of residence may grant. Contractual relationships with clients of our SaaS platform are governed by the law and jurisdiction agreed in the applicable service agreement.
