How do I invite suppliers not yet in the system?

You can invite new suppliers directly from the tender by entering their email. They'll receive a link to register and participate. The system also suggests suppliers from your database based on the purchase category.

Can suppliers see other proposals?

No. Each supplier only sees their own proposal. Tenders are sealed by default. Only authorized evaluators can view and compare all proposals. You can configure open tenders if your policy allows it.

How does automatic proposal comparison work?

Egixia automatically generates a comparison matrix based on the criteria you defined (price, quality, delivery time, etc.). Each criterion has a configurable weight. The system calculates a weighted score for each supplier and generates an objective ranking.

Does it integrate with my ERP to generate purchase orders?

Yes. Once the tender is awarded, Egixia can automatically generate the purchase order in your ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics). Winner supplier information, prices and conditions are transferred without manual intervention.
