Companies that Trust Egixia
Without automation, every unvalidated NF-e and unverified CNPJ is a fiscal and operational risk for your company.
Is your team manually verifying each Nota Fiscal Eletrônica against SEFAZ? XML errors cost fines, rejected tax credits and operational delays.
Brazil requires eSocial control, CND (Certidão Negativa de Débitos), CRF-FGTS and regularidade certificates. Without traceability, joint liability falls on your company.
SPED obligations (EFD-ICMS/IPI, EFD-Contribuições) require perfect supplier data. A non-compliant CNPJ can generate inconsistencies that trigger audits.
We connect to SEFAZ and Receita Federal to automatically validate each Nota Fiscal Eletrônica and verify CNPJ registration status. If there are irregularities, the system blocks payment before it enters the approval flow.
Illustrative scenario: A manufacturing company in São Paulo can reduce tax validation errors by automating NF-e reception with Egixia.
The portal requires service providers to periodically upload CND-INSS, CRF-FGTS, CNDT (Labor Debt Certificate) and regularidade certificates. Without valid documents, the system automatically blocks payments.
Centralize all documentation: CNPJ registration status, negative certificates, validated NF-e and EFD data. Everything in one place, always updated and audit-ready for Receita Federal.
A Brazilian supplier's tax standing is not one document: it is five, issued by five different bodies, and it only counts if all five are valid on the same day. That is where the manual process breaks.
Federal CND from Receita Federal and PGFN, state certidão from SEFAZ, municipal certidão from the prefeitura, the FGTS Certificado de Regularidade from Caixa, and the CNDT from the TST. The record requires all of them and does not clear a supplier that is missing one.
The federal CND and the CNDT are valid for 180 days; the FGTS certificate for only 30; state and municipal ones run from 60 to 180 depending on the body. With asymmetric validity, a supplier package is almost never complete by accident: somebody has to be watching it.
The federal certidão is issued in the company name and covers matriz and filiais. State and municipal ones follow each establishment's inscrição, so a group with filiais across several bodies needs several. The record models it that way, not as a single document.
Instead of calling to ask why it has not been paid, the supplier logs in and sees which certidão is missing or which one lapsed. The documentary work goes back to whoever holds the data.
On counterparty screening: the record requires and validates whatever your qualification policy defines. Screening against restricted lists and politically exposed person sources is enabled per project, according to the client's policies.
A group's first question is not about the product: it is how many companies fit. In Brazil the answer has its own twist, because two CNPJs in the same group can be two separate companies or a matriz and its filial.
A single instance serves the different companies in the group, each with its own approval rules, its own flows and its own supplier master.
A group with two operations in Brazil does not need two implementations. Each CNPJ keeps its own state and municipal inscrição and its own certidões, inside the same portal.
A supplier selling to three companies in the group registers once and keeps a single record, instead of repeating the same paperwork three times.
Entities and modules are licensed according to what the group actually uses. An operation with a dozen units does not fit the same contract as a single company, and it does not have to.
